Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by RightHands Tustin Concrete Works, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
We provide professional concrete contractor services in Tustin, CA and surrounding areas. This includes but is not limited to concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, stamped concrete, foundations, and concrete repair services. All services are subject to availability and proper site conditions.
Service estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site inspection and specific project requirements.
Project Estimates and Payments
All project estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you provide. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if site conditions differ from what was initially described or if additional work is required.
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments.
Project Timeline and Delays
We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, project timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, permit delays, or supply chain issues. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact on your project.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. This includes clearing the work site of personal belongings, vehicles, and any obstacles that may interfere with our work. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.
Our team follows all safety protocols and regulations. We ask that you keep children and pets away from the work area during project execution for their safety.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Warranties typically cover workmanship defects but may not cover damage caused by ground movement, improper maintenance, or extreme weather conditions.
To maintain your warranty, you must follow our recommended maintenance guidelines, which will be provided upon project completion.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project before work begins. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be outlined in your project agreement. Once work has started, deposits may be non-refundable, and you may be responsible for costs already incurred.
Limitation of Liability
RightHands Tustin Concrete Works will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Permits and Regulations
We will work with you to obtain necessary permits as required by local regulations. However, it is ultimately your responsibility as the property owner to ensure all work complies with local building codes and HOA requirements.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
